Our Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a compassionate, hardworking nurse who is committed to providing excellent care to both short-term rehab patients and long-term residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident outcomes.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- Previous nursing home experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents preferred.
- Compassionate and dedicated to resident-centered care.
