Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership’s service lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring the lot remains organized and accessible. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for customers and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Safely move and park vehicles within the service lot, including those with manual transmissions.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring timely and accurate handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including signage and designated parking areas
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and lot needs
- Support guest services by providing directions or assistance as needed in a friendly manner
- Conduct routine inspections of the lot to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Previous dealership or retail experience is a plus, especially in roles involving guest services or cash handling
- Ability to perform manual tasks such as moving vehicles, cleaning, and organizing the lot efficiently
- Knowledge of parking regulations and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation for daily shifts; delivery driver experience is advantageous
