Join our dynamic team as an Amazon Contracts CDL Driver and become a vital part of our logistics network! In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of commercial trucks to ensure timely and safe delivery of freight across designated routes. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and other heavy-duty trucks, adhering strictly to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- No-touch freight.
- Use GPS navigation systems to plan optimal routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure compliance with safety standards; report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, pickups, load & unload activities, and compliance logs in line with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any route or cargo issues proactively.
Experience
- Proven experience as a commercial truck driver with a valid CDL license suitable for tractor-trailers and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools for route planning and real-time adjustments.
- Knowledge of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules.
- This is a 37 hours blocs. You drive full shift , reset hours and driver back to where you start from ( RDU, or CLT).

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
