Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses & Commissions

What You'll Do
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Educate customers on wireless devices, products, services, and current promotions.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account-related services.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete required documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company training.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while working in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
