Hiring Full time NOC staff.
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide support to an individual with developmental disabilities. This role is focused on consistent care, safety, and supportive relationship-building with an emphasis on compassionate support.
This position is ideal for someone who has real, hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and is confident working through a range of behaviors with patience and calm presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support with daily living tasks (meals, hygiene, routines, mobility, and general care)
- Follow individualized support guidelines and behavior support strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times
- Assist with transportation on community outings
- Communicate clearly with family and care team members
- Complete basic documentation as needed
Required Experience
- Must have prior experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-stress or escalated situations
- Strong understanding of supporting individuals with behavioral needs
- Comfortable providing hands-on, in-person support
