Kelsey's in Port Saint John is looking for an experienced line cook/ prep
Qualified candidates possess:
· a minimum 1 year experience, preferred 2+ years
· proven experience in the kitchen
· excellent time management skills
· willingness to follow recipes and build procedures
· knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic tools, small wares, culinary techniques and ingredients specialized to the location is critical
· knowledge of basic food temperatures, proper food handling and good judgment of quantity, quality and production
· basic understanding of kitchen parlance and etiquette
· the ability to take direction and hold self to high standards
