General Summary
Transportation Coordinator (Office-Based) We are seeking a high-energy, positive, and team-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support daily logistics operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with management and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with light load planning and scheduling
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and carriers
- Manage and respond to emails efficiently
- Work actively within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years in the Transportation industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer proficiency and multitasking ability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
