American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist specializing in Neuro IR, with required NIHSS certification and Neuro ICU experience, for a 16-week contract.

Neuro Interventional Radiology unit focused on endovascular patients
-
Procedures include angiograms, stroke interventions, carotid stents, and aneurysm treatment
-
Day shifts of 8 hours, with start times of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

40 hours per week

Rotational call requirement on both weekdays and weekends

Holiday coverage on a rotational basis as assigned

Charting performed in Epic
-
16-week contract
-
Active and clear IR Tech license required; license required if applicable

Current BLS and ACLS required

NIHSS certification required

Neuro ICU experience required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Neuro IR lab preferred

Radiology and/or IR/Cath Lab experience preferred

Two completed professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last year required for consideration

Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required for consideration

Care for endovascular patients undergoing neuro interventional procedures including stroke interventions and aneurysm treatment

Scrubs provided by the facility
