About the Job
Killer Burger is a rock-n-roll burger joint focused on one thing: making the perfect burger every time. We're looking for an experienced, high-energy leader with a great attitude and a strong work ethic to help lead our team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
As a Crew Leader, you'll lead by example—coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, supporting daily restaurant operations, and jumping into every position when needed. If you're passionate about burgers, delivering first-rate guest service, enjoy developing others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the team throughout each shift
- Train and coach team members on all restaurant positions
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle cash and closing/opening registers
Tips are shared among all staff.

Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Previous restaurant experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Non-slip shoes
- A love for burgers
