Seitz Dermatology is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dermatologic care in a friendly, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Room patients and accurately document medical histories, medications, and other pertinent information.
- Assist providers with dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments.
- Perform suture removal and provide post-operative wound care.
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms while maintaining cleanliness and infection-control standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure instructions as directed by providers.
- Support efficient patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate effectively with providers and fellow team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Medical Assistant certification or CNA certification required.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
