Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate high-end Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, pricing procedures and customer service, with the ability to create stunning arrangements that meet our clients' needs.
(MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations, and stay up to speed with the team.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper care and handling techniques.
- Manage inventory by stocking supplies, organizing displays, and ensuring all products are visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, and have impeccable grammar, pronunciation and penmanship.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members
Skills
- Proficient in floral design with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain a clean workspace.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of retail math to assist in pricing.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
