Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers entering the car wash. Your primary responsibility is to educate customers on our wash packages and membership options and confidently recommend the package that best fits their needs. If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by earning commission, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a positive attitude.
- Explain the benefits of our unlimited wash and membership packages.
- Recommend and sell memberships that fit customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area.
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, competitive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
