What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in identifying, recruiting, and supporting healthcare professionals throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Source, recruit, interview, and place qualified healthcare professionals for contract, temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Post open jobs, manage and review resumes on the Indeed Platform
- Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nurses, allied health professionals, and non-clinical healthcare candidates.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
What We're Looking For
- Two to three years of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience.
- Experience recruiting RNs and LVNs, allied health professionals, and healthcare support staff.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive, collaborative attitude.
