Position: Maintenance Tech
Job Description: Repairs and maintains, in accordance with manufacturer diagrams, schematics, operating manuals and specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, as well as production machines and equipment, using manual tools, power tools, and precision and test measurement instruments. Look at the mechanical devices in operation and listen to the sounds they emit to locate the causes of the problem.
Job Duties:
- Disassemble devices for access and removal of defective parts, using forklifts, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
- Examine the shape and texture of the parts for imperfections.
- Inspects parts used to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calibrators, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Adjust the functional parts of the devices and control the instruments, using manual tools, levelers, plumbers, and straight edges.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts, using manual and electrical tools.
- Install special functional and structural parts on devices, using manual tools.
- Launches devices to test their performance.
- Lubricate and clean the parts.
- Turns on and operate the lathe, drill, grinding and other metal working tools to make and repair parts.
- Starts the purchase order for parts and machines.
- Repair electrical equipment.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring product safety during processing and maintaining the integrity and authenticity of our high-quality products.
- Also responsible for ensuring the products meet all legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quality orientation and attention to detail.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution.
- Forklift experience beneficial.

Monday - Friday
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00

Experience:
- Maintenance Mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)
- Product safety during processing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)
