About the Position
JC One Price Cleaners is looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier / Counter Associate to join our team.
This is a customer-facing position responsible for assisting customers with garment drop-offs and pickups, processing orders and payments, answering phones, and maintaining an organized and welcoming counter area.
Previous dry-cleaning experience is not required. We will train the right person.
Schedule
AM Shift
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
PM Shift
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Check garments in and out accurately
- Process customer orders
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Locate and organize customer orders
- Tag and organize garments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Follow company procedures for handling garments and transactions
- Work with the team to provide an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong customer-service skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and using a computer/POS system
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to consistently work the scheduled shift
- Previous cashier, retail, customer-service, or dry-cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
