Signarama Novi and Flint is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Project Management team in Wixom, MI.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strong with computers and systems, enjoys working with people, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow. This position is designed to support the PM team and can become a strong feeder role into Project Management for the right person.
You do not need prior sign-industry experience. We are looking for the right person: someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, positive, eager to learn, and committed to excellent service.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Project Management team with coordination and administrative tasks
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a professional, helpful manner
- Prepare smaller house estimates and orders
- Enter and manage information in Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, and Corebridge
- Track job details, follow-ups, and next steps
- Help keep files, communication, and documentation organized and accurate
- Work closely with team members to keep projects moving smoothly
- Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction

Schedule
Typical hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Our team loves the half-day Friday schedule. Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
