Job Description – Temple Beth El Event Assistant
Title: Part-time Event Assistant
Summary
The event assistant of Temple Beth El is responsible for assisting staff members with operational activities such as, the set-up/teardown of events, yard work, cleaning and AV (training provided). This person would report to the Facilities and Technology Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Furniture setup
- Cleaning (Janitorial, deep cleaning, post event)
- Yard work - grass cutting, leaves, weeds, litter
- Door monitoring - security
- AV (TBE will train) - livestreaming & audio support for possible Friday or Saturday shifts when needed
