Role Overview
Lepinion is seeking a well-connected legal industry professional to serve as a Strategic Attorney Network Advisor.
This is a flexible, relationship-driven opportunity designed for someone who already has a strong network of attorneys and can help Lepinion expand its lawyer network through warm introductions, outreach, referral partnerships, and professional relationship-building.
The ideal candidate personally knows 200+ attorneys or legal professionals and has access to a broader network through bar associations, law firms, legal communities, alumni networks, attorney groups, referral circles, or professional organizations.
This opportunity is especially well-suited for someone who already works in or around the legal industry and has trusted relationships with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidates will have:
- 200+ relevant attorney or legal professional connections
- Existing relationships with solo attorneys, small firms, mid-size firms, specialty attorneys, or legal organizations
- Ability to make warm introductions to attorneys who may be interested in joining Lepinion
- Strong credibility within the legal community
- Familiarity with how attorneys think about referrals, client intake, lead quality, and business development
- Comfort explaining a legal technology platform to attorneys
- Ability to identify attorneys by practice area, jurisdiction, and likely fit
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Interest in a flexible, performance-driven partnership model
- Practical understanding of attorney networking, bar association activity, or legal referral relationships
Target Networks

- Attorneys and law firms across a variety of practice areas, including business, employment, contracts, litigation, family law, estate planning, immigration, personal injury, criminal defense, and general practice

Relevant Backgrounds
Relevant backgrounds may include experience in legal business development, attorney recruiting, law firm marketing, bar associations, legal consulting, legal technology, legal operations, alumni relations, attorney referral networks, legal community leadership, or other relationship-driven roles within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify attorneys who may be a strong fit for the Lepinion Lawyer Network
- Make warm introductions to qualified attorneys and legal professionals
- Help explain Lepinion’s value proposition to attorneys
- Support attorney network growth across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions
- Help qualify attorneys based on practice area, license status, responsiveness, professionalism, and interest in new legal opportunities
- Support occasional introductory calls when relationship context is useful
- Provide insight into attorney recruiting, attorney referral behavior, law firm adoption, and legal networking channels
- Help Lepinion build a repeatable attorney acquisition and referral motion
- Recommend attorney groups, bar associations, legal communities, and networking channels for outreach
- Represent Lepinion professionally and ethically within legal industry relationships

Compensation
This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped commission or referral-based earning potential.
Compensation may be based on attorney network growth, qualified attorney introductions, activated attorney accounts, revenue generated through attorney participation, referral partnerships, or other mutually agreed success metrics.

- Clear segmentation of attorneys by practice area, jurisdiction, and engagement interest
