At CRDN of Arizona, we help families and businesses put their lives back together after a fire, flood, or other disaster. We’re looking for motivated team members who want more than “just a job” — this is meaningful work that combines physical activity, customer service, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Carefully pack, move, and document customer belongings (furniture, textiles, electronics, art, etc.) from homes and businesses affected by fire, water, or other damage.
- Provide compassionate, professional service to customers during stressful times.
- Follow company protocols to ensure items are handled, packed, and tracked correctly.
- Assist with onsite duties such as uploading photos, obtaining signatures, and organizing packed items.
- Work with a crew in the field and occasionally at our facility.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Positive team player who enjoys hands-on work
- Comfort working in challenging environments (fire/water damaged properties)
- Previous moving, packing, or restoration experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
