Service Advisor – Full Time
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year

You will work closely with our top-notch managers and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience and professional development in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation Structure:
- Base salary plus commission
- Performance-based earnings up to $85,000+ annually
- Monthly team bonus for each month the store is over budget
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle repair process
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Advise customers on vehicle repair needs and maintenance recommendations
- Present and sell necessary repairs and services
- Source and order the proper parts for repairs
- Walk customers through the checkout and payment process
- Address customer questions and ensure a 5-star experience
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with integrity
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record check)
Training & Employment Terms:
- 30-day training period
- 60-day probationary period
