Molecular Technical Lead
About Us
Analyze Pathology is an established pathology laboratory organization serving clients throughout the United States. Building upon that foundation, we are launching Pathology Network, a new high-complexity molecular diagnostics laboratory focused on delivering rapid, high-quality molecular testing services.
While Pathology Network is a new laboratory, it is being developed within an existing laboratory organization with established operations, pathology expertise, quality systems, regulatory experience, and infrastructure. This position offers a unique opportunity to help build a molecular diagnostics program from the ground up while being supported by an experienced laboratory leadership team.
Position Overview
Pathology Network is seeking an experienced Molecular Technical Lead to help develop, implement, and support a growing high-complexity molecular diagnostics laboratory.
As a founding member of the molecular diagnostics team, this individual will play a critical role in building laboratory workflows, assay validation programs, quality systems, regulatory compliance processes, and operational infrastructure as Pathology Network grows.
This position combines hands-on molecular testing with technical leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will help build scalable, compliant, and efficient laboratory operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role within a growing laboratory organization. The successful candidate will have substantial influence over laboratory development, workflow design, staffing, quality systems, and operational direction.
The position will primarily support later-day to evening laboratory operations to facilitate same-day molecular testing turnaround.
