miFLAVOUR is a modern French-style bakery café known for exceptional coffee, handcrafted pastries, and an elevated guest experience.
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Café Manager for 35-40 hours a week who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating thoughtful moments for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a quality-driven café environment and is excited to grow with our team.
A love for coffee and desserts is a must!
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading by example and maintaining high service standards
- Following and improving café systems and daily operations
- Ordering product and maintaining inventory
- Handcrafting high-quality espresso drinks
- Assisting with seasonal drink menu creation
- Learning the flavor profiles and quality expectations of all menu items
- Building genuine relationships with guests and the miFLAVOUR team
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
We’d Love to See
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong coffee knowledge and espresso skills
- A people-first, team-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage is $20+ per hour depending on experience
Tips are shared and average approximately $3 additional per hour.
We are currently offering a $300 bonus for someone who remains employed as our assistant cafe manager for 90 days.
