FillTech USA LLC (“FillTech”) is excited to recruit a full-time Warehouse Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

➢ The work of FillTech is created in a FDA registered facility and monitored by a deep bench of Quality professionals to ensure compliance with mandated cGMP. For global customers, the company is cleared by Health Canada and other offshore regulators. In addition, FillTech successfully completes regular quality and safety audits by its customers. Many customers, and all of the largest ones, have worked with FillTech for nearly a decade. FillTech has grown primarily through referrals from existing customers.
➢ Founded in 1995, FillTech has grown over the years and moved into its current facility in 2018. The plant and headquarters location is near Rockwell, NC which is east of Salisbury, NC. Salisbury is approximately 40 minutes North of Charlotte and 50 minutes South of the Greensboro/Winston Salem area. Many of its team members commute from the Northern suburbs of Charlotte including Huntersville, Mooresville, Concord or Salisbury.
Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The warehouse associate will report to the Warehouse Manager and have specific responsibilities including:
Responsibilities :
- Follow and regularly review SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Operate equipment including swing mass, dolly loader, pallet wrapper, forklift, and electric pallet jacks.
- Pick and transport components, chemicals, and samples using FIFO practices; assist team members as needed.
- Safely store materials, label accurately, and update inventory in Process Pro.
- Move materials between warehouses, receiving dock, and manufacturing facility (via box truck) document and update locations in Process Pro.
- Perform inventory counts and annual physical inventory; reconcile system vs physical stock.
- Record and report material, mechanical, equipment, or safety issues.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
- Stage and prepare outbound goods and samples for shipment; ensure proper packing and labeling.
- Load/unload truck, greet drivers, and document shipment times.
- Report and document any damage to materials or equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 9+months warehouse/distribution experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures.
- Team-oriented, strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Physically able to stand, lift 50 lbs., and move up to 500 lbs. with proper equipment.
- Basic computer, math, and verbal instruction skills.
- Able to obtain certification to operate forklifts and box trucks.
- Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- May be required to work overtime and weekends
