We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide on-site therapy services across our Loveland campuses. This role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day through individualized treatment and person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive, individualized Plans of Care.

Implement and adjust treatment plans as clinically necessary.

Provide speech-language therapy services to participants at Loveland Campuses — including individuals in the wider community who may not be enrolled in ADP services.

Maintain accurate daily treatment records and progress notes per company policy.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.

Ensure appropriate use of therapy supplies, tools, and equipment.

Report to scheduled worksites reliably and consistently.
Required:
- Active Florida State SLP license in good standing.

Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech Language Pathology.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong understanding of SLP theory, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to assess, plan, and deliver treatment for both simple and complex diagnoses.

Positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Knowledge of safety practices, precautions, and proper patient care procedures.
