Harbor Care is seeking a Residential Operations Coordinator to support our Veteran housing programs across Manchester, Nashua, and Plymouth, NH. In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily operations—ensuring housing environments are safe, compliant, and supportive for the individuals we serve.

What You’ll Do

Conduct housing inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HUD and VA standards

Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to address repairs and property needs

Serve as a key point of contact for resident concerns and support conflict resolution

Reinforce community expectations and promote a respectful, structured living environment

Partner with case managers and program staff to support housing stability

Monitor compliance, track issues, and maintain accurate documentation
You’ll work across multiple sites, balancing independence with collaboration, and playing a key role in maintaining environments where Veterans can thrive.
Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Property Management, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential housing, property operations, case management, or a related field

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between sites
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Veterans or individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use

Familiarity with HUD, VA GPD, or housing compliance standards
