The Montessori Academy of Celebration is seeking caring, dedicated, and collaborative Assistant Teachers to join our faculty. Opportunities may be available in our Children’s House (ages 3–6), or Elementary (ages 6–12).
At Montessori Academy of Celebration, we believe exceptional schools are built by exceptional educators. Assistant Teachers play a vital role in supporting the prepared environment, building meaningful relationships with students, and helping create classrooms where children are known, respected, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
Each Montessori level serves children in unique and developmentally appropriate ways:
- Children’s House (Ages 3–6): Assistant Teachers help create a calm, nurturing environment where young children develop independence, concentration, confidence, coordination, language, and foundational academic skills through purposeful hands-on work.
- Elementary (Ages 6–12): Assistant Teachers support an environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and increasingly independent learning as students explore interconnected academic subjects and the wider world.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children, value respectful relationships, communicate well with students and colleagues, and are eager to continue learning as educators. While Montessori experience or familiarity is preferred, it is not required. We welcome candidates from both Montessori and traditional educational backgrounds who are excited to learn and contribute to an authentic Montessori community.
