Social Media Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We’re a high-volume vacation marketing and sales operation looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Specialist who lives and breathes Facebook lead gen. You’ll build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that drive a steady, high-quality flow of leads to our sales floor. What You’ll Do
- Build and manage Facebook/Meta lead generation campaigns end to end (audiences, creative, budgets, optimization)
- Set up and maintain Lead Ads, instant forms, and Meta Pixel/conversions tracking
- A/B test creative, copy, and audiences to drive down cost per lead
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture and convert leads
- Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns fast
- Coordinate with sales and creative teams to align lead quality with closer needs
- Report on spend, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven Facebook/Meta lead generation experience — you’ve run lead gen campaigns and have the numbers to prove it
- Strong email marketing knowledge — you understand campaign builds, segmentation, deliverability, and nurture sequences
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Lead Ads, and pixel/conversion tracking
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading and acting on campaign metrics
Nice to Have
- Instagram and other paid social experience
- CRM/lead-flow integration experience
- Background in high-volume sales or call center lead environments
