We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing company.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $22–$28/hour depending on experience and overall fit
- Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- No weekends
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided during work hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean, maintain, and service residential pools and spas
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Brush, vacuum, empty baskets, and maintain pool cleanliness
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Document service visits using a mobile app
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pool experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- CPO certification
- Mechanical, plumbing, or hands-on repair experience
