Our team of Armed Security Specialists is comprised of post-retirement Law Enforcement Professionals with a minimum of 20 years experience.

Monitor entrances and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of individuals and property.

Conduct thorough inspections of premises, including surveillance systems such as CCTV.

Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.

Provide assistance in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.

Must have a minimum of 20 years of Law Enforcement Experience.

Must have a valid Resident State Armed Security Officer certification, or eligible for certification.

Must have a valid Resident State Permit to Carry a Handgun by a Retired Police Officer, or eligible for certification.

Must successfully complete firearms qualification, as mandated by the State of Residence guidelines for Retired Police Officers and LEOSA (H.R.218).

Must successfully complete annual Active Shooter/All Hazards Crisis Response training.

Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED preferred.
