We help merchants optimize their payment processing, POS systems, and business technology. We are expanding our inside sales team and looking for proven phone-based sales professionals who want structure, accountability, and strong earning potential.
Role: Inside Sales Account Executive
We are actively seeking a full-time Account Executive, based in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by developing client relationships, managing accounts, and delivering top-tier payment processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to prospect, qualify, present, and close deals over the phone.
Daily activities include:
- Making 70–80 outbound dials per day to new and existing leads
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed sale
- Qualifying business owners and decision-makers
- Setting and running discovery calls with merchants
- Presenting payment processing, POS, and technology solutions
- Sending follow-ups, proposals, and applications
- Maintaining accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets
- Participating in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Phone sales experience (inside sales, call center, or outbound sales)
- Comfort making high daily call volumes
- Experience taking prospects through a complete sales process
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Coachable, disciplined, and accountable
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Technology, fintech, or payment processing experience
- Experience selling to small and mid-sized business owners
- Bilingual Proficiency: Applicant is fluent in Spanish; this is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission + Discretionary Bonuses
