Compensation
- Salary: $115,000–$160,000 DOE
- Sign-on bonus (amount based on experience)

About the Firm Bilingual (English/Spanish) family law firm serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. 5,000+ family law cases handled. Led by Managing Attorney Jennifer Setters, J.D. (Nevada Bar No. 13126).
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, modifications, and protection orders
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials in Clark County Family Court
- Manage an active caseload with organized client communication
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case strategy
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar admission — all experience levels welcome, from newly admitted to seasoned practitioners
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Interest in long-term career growth in family law
