Marco’s Pizza is growing fast — and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead our team and deliver amazing guest experiences every day! You'll oversee every aspect of our bustling restaurant, from leading our dedicated team to ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. This is a working management role that requires active involvement in restaurant operations throughout scheduled shifts.
Compensation is based on experience, ability to learn quickly, and performance in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities of a General Manager:
Lead and grow a high-performing team
Manage daily operations (scheduling, inventory, training)
Keep food quality and safety top-notch

Maintaining a positive and creative environment
General Manager Requirements:
18+ years old
Restaurant leadership experience preferred
Strong people and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
