Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader for the Tree Service Crew, where you will lead and manage outdoor tree care projects with enthusiasm and expertise. As a key leader, you will coordinate daily activities, supervise crew members, and contribute to the beautification and health of outdoor environments through skilled tree care, landscaping, and construction projects. Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew engaged in tree trimming, pruning, and removal, activities.
- Coordinate daily project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment including chainsaws, stump grinders, and arborists tools safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the operation of company vehicles for transportation to job sites while maintaining safety protocols.
- Identify various plant species and assess tree health to determine appropriate care or removal strategies
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor work including lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping.
- Supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or tree care environments.
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle; clean driving record preferred.
- Excellent communication skills combined with outdoor work experience in various weather conditions.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
