Steak'd & Caked is a mobile food trailer based out of Fort Dodge, IA. We specialize in Philly cheesesteaks, funnel cakes, lemon shakeups, and the best fries you've ever had. We offer a fun and energetic environment where our customers enjoy the experience as much as the food.
We are looking for someone to help out on a semi-regular basis throughout the spring, summer, and fall. We do lunches, dinners, and special events.
The ideal candidate would focus primarily on taking orders, collecting payments, handing out orders, and assisting as needed on the trailer during events. If you're interested in learning to cook, we would love to help you move in that direction.
We offer a competitive salary as well as tips.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist with food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of all food items
- Double check orders for accuracy
