About Us:
We’re a small family-owned business, proudly established in 1984, with four thriving locations in the Anaheim Resort Area—and we’re excited to have opened our newest venture: The Oasis, a brand-new poolside bar at the WorldMark by Wyndham resort in Anaheim! We are looking for energetic and friendly bartenders to join our team!
About the Role:
The bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages with speed, accuracy, and excellent customer service. As the face of the bar, the bartender creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer preferences
- Greet and engage guests warmly to ensure a welcoming experience
- Handle credit cards, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food orders to cabanas and lounge guests as needed
- Assist with barback duties when necessary, supporting the bar team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment throughout the shift
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
- Restock supplies and inventory promptly to avoid shortages
- Collaborate closely with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the bar
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- MUST BE AVIALIABLE SAT/SUN NIGHTS
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, sometimes busy environment
- Responsible and knowledgeable about alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years old and have any required licenses or certifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be Available weekend nights
