About Us
We are a busy and established boutique 10 person, private pay only therapy practice offering child, teen, adult and couples therapy. We are looking for a licensed therapist to work with teens and either adults, children or a combination. We are also looking for a licensed therapist to provide couples therapy and see adults as well as preferably teens. This is a hybrid position. Our practice specializes in working with OCD and related disorders through exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Much of our practice is also working with clients with more generalist clinical focuses, including anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. Our top priority is the treatment of our therapists and making sure they are happy, feel supported, and have an excellent work/life balance. Our practice has a wonderful work culture and energy where therapists thrive. This position opening is rare as our practice has low turnover. No one is leaving, we're just expanding!
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with OCD and related disorders through implementing exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy (full training in ERP will be provided), but experience is not necessary. Training in EMDR and play therapy are also very beneficial, but optional to have.
In this position, you will grow exponentially in your clinical skill sets while working with clients who are reliable, motivated and invested in treatment. You will have a warm, supportive work environment with a high degree of autonomy.
This is a full-time independent contractor (1099) position, meaning that you will be given freedom over how you practice.
