You'll play an essential role in keeping Alpha's facilities safe, organized, efficient, and operating at their best.
You'll perform general building maintenance including:

Minor carpentry
-
Painting and drywall repairs
-
Door and hardware adjustments
-
Preventative maintenance
-
Furniture and fixture repairs
-
Replacing light bulbs, filters, ceiling tiles, and other building components
-
Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work within your skill level
You'll help ensure every Alpha facility is ready for business by:

Conducting facility inspections
-
Responding promptly to maintenance requests
-
Setting up offices and workstations
-
Supporting office moves and facility reconfigurations
-
Assisting with company events and deliveries
-
Maintaining organized storage and work areas
Our facilities represent our company.
You'll help maintain:

Parking lots
-
Sidewalks
-
Fencing
-
Gates
-
Outdoor work areas
You'll also assist with storm preparation, cleanup, and seasonal maintenance.
You'll receive and organize facility supplies, maintain inventory, safely operate tools and equipment, and ensure materials are ready when the team needs them.

Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
You'll support contractors, vendors, renovation projects, office buildouts, and other initiatives that keep Alpha growing.

- One (1) year of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred

Basic knowledge of general building maintenance

Experience using hand tools and power tools safely

Valid driver's license required
This is an active, hands-on position.
You'll regularly:

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Safely climb ladders and work at moderate heights

Operate company vehicles and basic maintenance equipment
