A leading provider of lawn care machines is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Light Assembly Associate to contribute to their production team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Understand and adhere to company policies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package components according to established guidelines and standards.
- Operate light machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
