RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always work ready and prepared to immediately respond to emergency towing and recovery incidents such as crashes, breakdowns, and off-road recoveries.
- Professional communication with emergency responders, customers, and staff.
- Maintain positive work environment to promote long term employment.
- Follow industry standards for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles and equipment.
- Keep trucks, equipment, and facilities professional, compliant, and work ready.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Daily use of mobile applications and technology.
HEAVY DUTY TOWING LOCATIONS:
· Saint Paul
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
· 6am-6pm Thursday through Saturday Every Other Wednesday
PREREQUISITES:
- CDL A – No restrictions
- Heavy Duty Towing Experience
- DOT Health Card
- Drug free
- Have a clear criminal and predatory offender registry background.
- Acceptable/Insurable driving record
COMPENSATION
o Hourly Pay Range - $25-$32/Hr
o Average Towing Incentive – $2-$8/Hr (5% of towing revenue)
Overtime Pay Range (OT after 40 hours)
*Ability for additional responsibilities and pay ranges (Examples - Trainer, and Supervisor)
