TP Tools & Equipment, one of the nation’s leading Automotive Restoration Tools and Equipment Retailers since 1999, is looking for a new member to join our office team in Canfield, OH.
Our office is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where efficiency, attention to detail, and organization are key. We proudly serve the antique car enthusiast market as well as a variety of commercial and industrial customers.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting at $16–$18 per hour (depending on prior experience)
- Pay increases available with performance and tenure
- Full-time available
- Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Start date: Immediately
Retailer is seeking a dependable, accurate, and energetic team player with strong attention to detail and a “whatever it takes” attitude. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable working with computers and data systems.
Job duties include:
- Process and print daily orders
- Authorize, verify, and process credit card payments
- Review and flag potential order fraud or duplicate customer accounts
- Fraud prevention and order verification research
- Contact customers to verify or correct payment and shipping information
- Enter and verify data in our custom order-entry system
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Handle catalog mailings and general correspondence
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for reporting and tracking
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve order and customer issues
- Perform other general office and data entry tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Prior order processing or sales experience preferred
- Automotive or restoration knowledge is a plus
