We now have an excellent opportunity for a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with mortgage brokers
- Guide brokers through pricing, structuring, and submission to move deals from scenario to funding
- Manage your pipeline with urgency and precision to maximize pull-through and close rates
- Partner closely with operations, underwriting, and leadership to deliver a seamless broker experience
- Become an expert in GIANT’s Loan Origination System (LOS), products, and processes — and help brokers do the same
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wholesale Account Executive with a track record of building and growing broker relationships
- Strong knowledge of NON-QM, agency and government products, including FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA
- Ability to structure deals and position solutions in competitive scenarios
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to consistently produce at a high level
- Deep understanding of your market, including broker relationships and competitive landscape
- Confidence navigating and teaching Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and submission workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust
- Working knowledge of industry guidelines and compliance standards
