What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Install: Complete residential HVAC installations with precision, efficiency, and pride
- Deliver White-Glove Service: Protect the home, wear shoe covers, communicate clearly, and leave no loose ends
- Lead the Crew: Direct job-site workflow, mentor apprentices, and uphold Bailey’s professional standards
- Control the Customer Experience: Set expectations, explain options, confirm satisfaction, and ask for reviews
- Document with Discipline: Invoices, option sheets, summaries, timecards - accuracy matters
- Execute the Bailey Standard: Follow our install playbook and customer-facing agenda
- Close the Loop: Collect payment, leave documentation, update coordinators, and send the final thank-you

You’re a Strong Fit If You Bring
- 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and execute from blueprints and schematics
- Strong, confident customer communication skills
- A proactive problem-solver mindset - you’re already on Plan B
