What You’ll Do
As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn to run a Jiffy Lube service center while building your leadership toolkit. Responsibilities include:
- Leading, hiring & training your service team
- Managing daily operations & creating an outstanding customer experience
- Building schedules that keep things running smoothly
- Placing and tracking inventory orders
- Driving sales, performance, and team success

- Strong communicator with great organizational skills
- Team player who loves helping others succeed
- Leadership/management experience a plus (but not required — we’ll train you)
