Requirements:
· We are looking for RESPONSIBLE, MATURE, and RELIABLE individuals to join our team as caregivers.
· Must pass background check
· Must pass drug test
Preferred:
· Availability for all day, evening, or overnight shifts is a plus.
· Reliable transportation
About the role:
Caregivers help the elderly (in their homes) with a variety of daily activities such as:
· Meal planning and preparation
· Transportation
· Shopping and errands
· Light housekeeping
· Stripping the beds
· Laundry
· Set-up and monitoring of bathing and dressing
· Companionship
· Mental stimulation
· Encouragement and monitoring of exercises
· Overnight care

- CNA Certificate (Recommended, but not required)

- Caregiving: 1 year (Recommended)

*Sign-on Bonus earned after 6 months of work with Happier At Home Metro Detroit for employees who meet expectations discussed at hire date
