Responsibilities
As a Livestream Host, you will:
- Host TikTok Shop livestreams to introduce and promote our pet products
- Engage with viewers in real time and answer product questions
- Demonstrate products in a fun, natural, and convincing way
- Help create a warm, friendly, and trustworthy shopping experience
- Follow livestream scripts, product talking points, and promotional plans
- Work with the team to improve livestream performance, product presentation, and sales conversion
- Support short video content creation when needed
- Learn about our products, brand story, ingredients, and customer pain points
Requirements
- No livestream experience required, but you must be comfortable speaking on camera
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
- Not afraid to interact with viewers and keep the energy up during live sessions
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Reliable, responsible, and able to show up on time
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Must be able to work hybrid: livestream sessions will be held at our company location, while some other tasks may be done from home
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, livestreaming, sales, retail, or social media
- Experience creating short videos or UGC-style content
- Pet owner or someone who genuinely loves dogs and cats
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Experience in beauty, fashion, food, pet, or e-commerce livestreaming is a plus
Compensation
- $20 - $30 per hour + commission + performance bonus
- Commission opportunities through company-linked shoppable accounts
- Performance bonuses based on livestream results, sales, and content performance
