What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction.
- Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Conduct listing presentations, buyer consultations, showings, and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients from contract to closing.
- Stay current on local market trends and pricing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every transaction.
What We're Looking For
- Active Tennessee real estate license required (Alabama license is a plus).
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, organized, and dependable.

Compensation

- Alabama Real Estate License (Preferred but not required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
