Sleek, growing hospital built for collaboration, innovation, and next-level patient care in Michigan.
Job Description:
Atlas has partnered with a forward-thinking, privately owned small animal hospital in Bloomfield Hills, MI that’s redefining what modern veterinary medicine looks like. Established in 2022, this state-of-the-art facility is already expanding due to rapid growth and strong client demand. With a focus on general practice and same-day urgent care, the team provides high-quality care to cats and dogs in a fast-paced, supportive, and genuinely collaborative environment.
This is not your average clinic. The hospital has created an open, shared workspace that encourages transparency and teamwork, supported by 12 licensed technicians and a rotating group of visiting veterinary specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery. Built with intention, the clinic is designed to optimize both client and staff experience—with cutting-edge diagnostics, digital workflows, and a commitment to evolving with the needs of modern veterinary professionals.
You’ll work alongside a young, energetic team with the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and comfort level. Whether you're a new graduate or a seasoned DVM looking to balance clinical autonomy with mentorship, this hospital is equipped to support your growth.
If you're ready to move away from rigid systems and into a role that genuinely values your voice, your wellbeing, and your future, this could be the next step you’ve been waiting for.
