Job Summary:
The Senior Lead Developer leads all hands-on development, enhancement, and technical implementation efforts across federal agency applications. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality code for both minor and major enhancements, modernization initiatives, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts using .NET/C#, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
- Perform major enhancements and complex integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing/CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Support migration of legacy systems and applications to modern Azure/M365 platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration artifacts.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architecture and design decisions.
- Ensure all development complies with security, accessibility (Section 508), and quality standards.
- Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7–10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Strong experience with Agile development, DevSecOps, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
- Experience supporting federal applications (preferably in Azure Government or GCC environments).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure development lifecycle.
