Bartender – TKLA Grill & Cantina
TKLA Grill & Cantina is currently hiring experienced bartenders to join our team.
We are looking for outgoing, professional bartenders with strong mixology and craft cocktail knowledge who are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments.
- Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure safe handling of ingredients.
- Restock bar supplies regularly and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking IDs to verify legal drinking age.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of mixology and craft cocktails
- Knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails
- Proper pouring, garnishing, and cocktail presentation
- Ability to handle a high-volume bar
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and professional
