Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems to process cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and reconcile cash at shift end
- Support food industry operations by managing customer orders efficiently and providing quick service in a fast-paced environment
